1) Oxygen is critical for life.

2) Our sources of oxygen are diminishing.
The earth's two main sources of oxygen are created in oceans and by growth of rain
forests. Studies show that atmospheric oxygen is declining. The causes include:
- An increase in toxic waste sites
- An increase in industrial pollutants
- The clear cutting of our forrests and woodlands
- An increase in automobile carbon monoxide
- An increase of polluted water tables

3) Current lifestyles rob oxygen from our
bodies.
Our bodies now receive less oxygen from the foods we eat and the water we drink than ever
before. Causes include:
- Over-processed and "fast" foods
- Over-worked farmlands stripped of their nutrients

- Unbalanced diets
- Lack of exercise and proper rest
